9 or more credit hours

Q = Three-quarter time

9-11 credit hours

6-8 credit hours

H = Half-time or more

5 credit hours

L = Less than half-time

Note:  Enrollment status differs from the full-time/part-time schedules for registration, tuition, and fees.

Enrollment Verification

Students often need verification of enrollment (or proof of full-time enrollment) for insurance, scholarship, loan, and/or consumer discount purposes.  Quincy University provides verification certificates for students via Myhub.

Myhub is a secure online portal provided by the National Student Clearinghouse that can be used to download official QU enrollment verification certificates at no charge. Myhub is only available to current students and alumni.  You can also view information from previously attended institutions that also participate in Myhub.

Certificate Selection Options

  • Advanced: This is only available before each term begins.  It indicates that a student is pre-registered for the upcoming term. The information provided on this enrollment certificate is subject to change due to the student’s right to adjust their schedule according to the University’s add/drop and withdrawal policies.
  • Current: This is available during each term.  This certificate verifies a student’s current term enrollment status
  • Good Student Discount Certification: This is available throughout the year to current students.  This certificate verifies a student is in good academic standing for the most recent term.
